May I extend to you a very warm welcome to the website of St Andrew’s Presbyterian Church.  It gives me much pleasure to give you a brief introduction to our church.  On this site you will find lots of information and resources to help you get a glimpse into the life of our church community. St Andrew’s Presbyterian Church is situated at the corner of Civic Park in the city centre of Newcastle, which is the second largest city in NSW, Australia. We are a community with a long history, which we celebrate as something precious. People have been meeting together to worship God on the current site since 1860.  The church building where we worship was built in 1890. The architect was Frederick Menkens.
